Our team is led by executive Chef Mikelangelo, professional graduate Peruvian and international cuisine of Le Cordon Bleu Peru with over 10 years experience, who began his career in Venezuela and Peru, working with expirience Chefs in 5 star restaurants in South Florida such as Ceviche 105, Caffe Milano, Jaguar Ceviche Spoon Bar, Toscana Divino, Cavalli Miami, decided to create a very special catering services with an American Italian Peruvian Fusion, creating more dishes for demanding tastes. 
Our idea was born to innovate the traditional catering service that exists today, and we focus on meeting our customers, the finest detail especially from the creation of the menu for each event to set up all cooking equipment required to do so by moving to the place of the event part of the kitchen equipment including a restaurant chef responsible for the menu.
